CCP are delighted to be partnering with a new client who are a start-up telecoms brand, and we’re supporting them as they build their new customer service operation. Our client is currently looking to recruit two new Customer Service Advisors to join the business, and this hybrid role is paying a salary of £30,000, working from London (West End) two days per week, and WFH three days per week.

This new opportunity will see you form part of our client’s business as they gain their first batch of customers following them launching their product to the market. Our client is looking to deliver fantastic levels of customer service at this early stage to ensure they retain and wow their new customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be engaging with customers via email, live chat, social media and community pages (no telephone activity) in a personable and professional manner, ensuring their customers are satisfied with the service delivered.
Our client operates from a new, modern office based in London’s West End (Covent Garden) which is a 2-minute walk from Covent Garden station and a 3-minute walk from Leicester Square.
The business has a lively, fun, and pacey office culture, and their growth will undoubtedly create potential future opportunities for any new starters joining today.
The departments operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm. You will work four days during the week as well as one day at the weekend, with all weekend work being a WFH day. To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you must:

- Demonstrate strong written communication skills with good literacy.
- Proactively look to deliver great customer service.
- Look to continually improve and be open and receptive to receiving feedback.
- Have experience working in a contact centre, or similar environment.
