They continuing to expand and are currently looking to recruit an experienced contact centre Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Service Agents.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader who will manage a team of Customer Service Agents. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business. The client is fast paced, dynamic, and exciting, and operate within the financial services (regulated) industry.
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a contact centre Team Leader position, ideally with experience working in a financial services, or insurance business.
Salary & Benefits
This role is paying a basic salary between £37,500 to £40,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and development of staff
- 1-2-1’s and documented coaching
- Motivation and staff morale
- Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions
- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s
Logistics
The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Romford. Hours operate within a shift pattern, and the office operating hours are 8:30am to 8pm, with a Saturday or Sunday being worked every other week (day off in lieu).
Experience Required
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have the following:
- Previous experience within a Contact Centre Team Leader role.
- Proven customer service management experience.
