CCP are delighted to partner with a fast-growing, legal services business who are expanding due to exceptional business performance and huge growth objectives. They are now looking to recruit a brand-new role as a Business Development Manager for their office based in the centre of Manchester.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience and exposure to parties involved with property purchases, especially relating to stamp duty. These could be conveyancers, mortgage brokers, estate agents, auctioneers etc. Your role will be to predominantly cultivate new business and to build and nurture long term relationships.
This will be done through:
Salary
We expect the role to have a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 (DOE). If candidates feel they can demonstrate substantial added value through existing relevant relationships in the market, the basic salary can be negotiated. You will also earn uncapped commission on gross revenue generated, this will be 10%/15% depending on your figures offering substantial earning potential.
