About The Role
 
Our client is seeking 2x Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to provide technical support for healthcare products. You'll assist customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring safe and timely issue resolution.
 
Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for healthcare products through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Guide customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive support experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service processes.

Salary & Benefits

• £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (based on experience).
