They continuing to expand and are currently looking to recruit an experienced contact centre Team Leader to manage a team of Inbound Sales Agents.
 
About The Role
 
We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Sales Team Leader who will manage a team of Inbound Sales Agents. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business. The client is fast paced, dynamic, and exciting, and operate within the financial services (regulated) industry.   
 Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a target-driven, Contact Centre Sales Team Leader position, within a financial services, or insurance business.
 
Salary & Benefits
 
This role is paying a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £50,000.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Coaching and development of staff
- 1-2-1’s and documented coaching
- Motivation and staff morale
- Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions
- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s
 
Logistics
 
The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Romford, Essex. Hours operate within a shift pattern, and the office operating hours are 8:30am to 8pm, with a Saturday or Sunday being worked every other week (day off in lieu).
 
Experience Required
 
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have the following:
 
- Previous experience within a Contact Centre Sales Team Leader role.
- Proven sales management experience.
- A track record of working successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working in a FCA regulated environment.
 
Interview Process
 
There will be a two-stage interview process starting with a screening call followed by a in-person interview process, and our client are looking to meet candidates immediately to secure their new Team Leader ASAP.
