CCP are delighted to be working with an existing client who are expanding due to exceptional business performance. We are supporting this fantastic brand as they look to recruit 4x Contact Centre Customer Loyalty / Retentions Advisors on a full-time basis starting on 3rd February. The role can be fully remote (WFH), hybrid (one day per week in the office on a Wednesday) or fully office based, depending on your preference (and your location).

Do you have strong experience working in a contact centre role, working in an inbound or outbound retentions capacity?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in retentions, working for a great insurance brand who really look after, and develop their people. As a Contact Centre Customer Loyalty / Retentions Advisor, you will provide vital support to existing customers when they are looking to renew their annual insurance policy. To be suitable, you must be positive, pro-active, driven to succeed, and committed to deliver great service when speaking to customers.

Key Details

Role: Contact Centre Customer Loyalty / Retentions Advisor (x4)
Salary: £23,700 to £25,200 per annum
Hours: 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Logistics: Fully remote, Hybrid (WFH: 4 days, Office: 1 day), or fully office-based
Office: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: Must be available to start on 3rd February.
