CCP are partnering with a rapidly growing tech company based in the heart of Manchester city centre. Our client has experienced phenomenal growth over the past few years and is now looking to recruit 2x Account Managers to join their expanding team. The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with business clients (B2B), ensuring they receive the best possible service while identifying opportunities to grow their accounts. You will work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless account management and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as their dedicated Account Manager.
• Proactively contacting clients via phone and virtual meetings.
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitoring customer progress and addressing any issues.
• Assisting customers with account configuration and customisation.
• Delivering in-depth product and service training.
• Gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Driving customer retention and promoting referrals.
• Ensuring a smooth handover from the onboarding team.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for ambitious and proactive individuals with:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Manager position.
• Experience in the proptech, property or tech sectors (ideal but not essential).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in conducting outbound client calls and virtual meetings.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• A resilient, tenacious, and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• £30,000 basic salary + 30% bonus (£39,000 OTE)

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester city centre. (3 days in, 2 days WFH)
