When a valued client of ours came to us looking to rebuild their B2B financial services sales function based in a remote location we always knew we were going to face a challenge but we have achieved some amazing results with this instantly recognisable company.

The client needed a brand new team of Sales Executives (12 in total) in addition to the following management roles:

  1. Business Development Manager – filled
  2. Training Manager – filled
  3. Learning & Development Manager – filled

By visiting our client's site to immerse ourselves into their culture and see the operation first hand, we helped design the go-to-market strategy for them, built an assessment centre designed specifically to their needs and then visited and supported with four separate assessment days to secure the talent they needed.

This project involved several team members at CCP, and our good work has enabled our client to smash their sales targets and secure a brilliant new workforce to support the business moving forwards.
