Our client is one of the fastest growing fertility clinics in Europe, VC backed and expanding rapidly due to their advanced technology and cost effective pricing strategy.

Due to their growth, they were looking for a new inspirational leader to manage their Patient Service Centre in London; someone with a passion for outstanding service who could take a small team operating at acceptable levels and take them to the next level.

In our initial meeting with the client where we discussed the role, the culture and the package, Director Mark Conway made the client aware of an outstanding candidate, passive in the market but open for exciting opportunities in and around London.

After an extensive and thorough interview process, the candidate mentioned in the our very first meeting was offered and accepted this exciting role.
