Our Director Mark Conway was approached about a confidential piece of recruitment for a client going through a huge period of growth. They were looking to bring in a new Contact Centre Leader to take over their Midlands-based operation and support the business with its huge growth plans.
CCP secured the role exclusively from the client, meeting them in their London and Midlands offices and liaising directly with the COO and the Head of People.
After shortlisting, the client secured their candidate of choice at second interview and due to his immediate availability he started within five weeks of the search commencing; an incredibly fast turnaround and another great job from #teamccp.

Mark also placed a day-rate interim into the Midlands site to support the new leader with a project focused on quality and service level improvements.
We have also been approached to support with the business during the next 6 months through a period of HUGE growth as they look to grow 2-3 new sites of circa 150FTE each; an incredibly exciting chance for the candidates in the market to work for a market-leading business growing through best use of cutting edge tech.
