Adam has operated in the contact centre industry for 16 years, both onshore and offshore, starting as an Advisor and working his way up to Director level. His background is in both operational leadership and account management. Adam's industry experience positions him uniquely, as he's able to understand the operational needs of your business, having run contact centre's himself.
Outside of work, Adam has a real passion for football, playing whenever possible and supporting Manchester City. If not at a game, Adam will be found either on the golf course, or with his family.
