RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
 
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working alongside our team of Recruitment Partners who are actively supporting our clients when they are looking for awesome new people to join their contact centre operations across the UK.
 
To be considered for this role, you must have full 360 recruitment experience.
 
In this role you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering on recruitment projects, building relationships, and business development.
 
At CCP, a Recruitment Consultant (Partner) will earn £35,000 to £75,000 per annum (including commission and bonus payments).
 
SALARY & LOCATION
 
We are offering a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE) with additional performance related bonuses.
 
The role is Monday to Friday and is based at our Sawbridgeworth office 4 days per week (you'll be given flexibility to WFH on a Thursday).

We operate a causal dress code every day, and there's free parking available at the office.
  
REQUIRED
 
Whilst we don’t need someone with recruitment experience within our industry, we're looking for full 360 recruitment experience, as well as someone with great communication skills (telephone and written), strong IT skills, self-motivation, and an outgoing bubbly personality. Candidates who only have recruitment experience in a delivery role will (unfortunately) not be considered for this role.
