CCP is proud to partner with a leading International insurance brand who are expanding their team. We’re supporting them with the recruitment of 10 new Customer Service Advisors for their customer service contact centre operation in London.
 
This will become a hybrid role, after you’ve successfully completed your training and onboarding. In this fantastic role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service for English-speaking customers overseas.

Salary & Benefits: In addition to a basic salary of £28,000, the company offers a highly competitive benefits package which has a value of over £10,000. In addition, our client is committed to supporting your career development through career path planning and ongoing professional training.
 
This recruitment intake will follow a pre-determined recruitment process, as follows:
 
Application Review: Completed by a CCP Recruitment Partner, by telephone
Meet CCP: In London, at 11:30am on either Tuesday 29th or Thursday 31st October.
Online Testing: Links to be emailed on Friday 1st November; to be completed by Monday 4th November.
Interview: In London, with dates available from Monday 11th to Wednesday 27th November.
 
The recruitment process will conclude on Thursday 28th November, with all candidates being notified of hiring decisions on Friday 29th November. If successful, your start date will be Monday 6th January 2025.
 
Our client asks that you refrain from taking any annual leave during the first three months of your employment due to the training schedule for new starters.
