CCP are partnering with our client as they look to recruit x2 Contact Centre Team Leaders for their contact centre operation. Candidates must have contact centre experience to be considered for these roles.

The Role
Our client is looking to recruit 2x experienced Contact Centre Team Leaders who will manage their own team of 10-12 Customer Service Agents. The roles are being hired as a result of internal growth due to our client’s continued success. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business. The client are customer focused and constantly looking at ways in which they can improve their processes to benefit the business, and its customers.
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within an multi channel contact centre, supporting a team of Agents operating actoss telephone, live chat and email. The successful candidates need to be hands-on with their teams and have a passion for coaching and developing their Agents to deliver a brilliant level of service to the customer.
Salary & Benefits
This role is paying a basic salary between £27,000 - £32,000 (DOE).
Logistics
The role will be hybrid based in the head office located in Knowsley (1 day WFH per week). The role will operate within a shift pattern, and the operating hours are 8:30am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, and Sunday 9am to 5pm. You will be scheduled to work one weekend day every fortnight, gaining a day off in the week in lieu.
Interview Process
There will be a one-stage, in-person interview process, and our client are looking to meet potential candidates to have their new Team Leader starting ASAP.
